Preparation of GA and P and ID diagram for the Equipment as per client’s plant location.
Determining the sizing of the Equipment based on Trial reports conducted.
Design Calculations (Hydraulic stroke length, Filter cloth length calculations…)
Managing the drawings and maintaining the database.
Optimization of existing parts/sub-assemblies of Equipment with a purpose of reducing the Manufacturing time and Weight reduction.
Technical support to Service and Marketing team.
Entry of BOM in ERP system.
Creation or Modification in User Manual of equipment.
To deliver Presentation for awareness to other department about the new developments in Research and Development.
To publish revision matrix of all equipment quarterly.
Addressing and resolving the production team issues related to design and manufacturing.
To follow standard ISO 9001:2018 Design and development Procedure.
