• Designing of 3D SS weldment, part and sheet metal fabrication models on SOLIDWORKS 2017 & 2018. • Designed ESD working tables, Clean rooms, Industrial storage, Assembly working tables and canteen tables for Electronics manufacturers. • Calculation and preparation of bill of materials and cut-lists. • Validation of finished product in accordance with design documents. • Creating the drawing formats in Solidworks so as to produce the newly created parts and assembly drawings in Solidworks. • Quality Assurance/Quality check of dimension and correct thickness of material. • Occasionally laser cutting of sheets and bending of parts for rush orders to expedite production of parts.

• Delivery of Project Management Services which entailed activities from concept to commissioning. • Co-ordination of design, engineering teams, purchase, logistics, vendor and quality teams. • Maintaining and approvals of Vendor documents and QAP through meetings and calls. • Maintaining and sharing of Document control index and Material control index with client. • Post order expediting, monitoring and control of project till completion.
