3D file not loaded
Hello!
My name is Csaba, and I am contacting you regarding one issue that I happened to notice since I started to upload my works. Everytime, and everytime I upload some of my work, there is this waiting symbol showing up with the little rotating circles on the upper right corner in the gallery field. After even waiting for more then half an hour, still nothing, if I save it, some of the files are uploaded, but there is no preview of how it looks. So, if someone wants to see my works, they can't see anything, only that there are some files to be downloaded. This is very annoying, and I don't know what to do. I tend to tell you, that my Internet is okay, it is one of the fastest on the planet... so there is no issue with the upload speed... please fix this, it's really sad.

This is a good question for a GrabCAD staff member, but I'll offer a few ideas:
1. Do not rely on the CAD model preview image for the main image in the library. You'd be better served by uploading an actual image file for the main library image. The image could be as simple as a screenshot, or (even better) a rendered image of the product with materials, lighting, textures.
2. Try to also upload CAD neutral file formats. Step, Parasolid, Iges, STL... Those sometimes preview better. And, they allow more people to use your models.
