Is it possible to 3d print a interior door trim for a car or is it just to intricate?

Yes totally! Generally speaking, design complexity is free in 3D printing, hence why it's used. An interior door panel is a rather large part, there are only a handful of printers large enough to print this as one single component. Automotive companies actually frequently use 3DP for printing out prototypes of their new designs (most common are bumpers, grilles, fenders).
Large format FDM and SLA printers will provide the best results. FDM if you need strength, SLA if you need high precision/fidelity.
