Access global variables in excel tables

By kevin Kohler on 18 Sep 19:28 1 answer 1 comment

In Solidworks there are two different types of drawing tables. One is a Solidworks owned table and the other is an excel based table (only brought in by as a object). Now in a model in Solidworks there are properties, equations, and global variables. My question is how can I access these things into an excel based table in solidworks? I am aware you can access all of these things in Solidworks’s own table but I have not a clue how to do so in an excel based table.
