Could anyone as an expert know and evaluate these results for total deformation, Equivalent strain, and stress?
I am using PEEK material, nitinol , epoxy, and optical
in addition, I am not sure if the mesh is enough or needs to improve, i am struggling to improve however i cannot
please I need your support
thank you so much

To evaluate the results for total deformation, equivalent strain, and stress in ANSYS Workbench using PEEK, nitinol, epoxy, and optical materials:
1. Total Deformation: Check if the deformation values are within acceptable limits for your application.
2. Equivalent Strain and Stress: Ensure that the equivalent stress does not exceed the yield strength of your materials. For PEEK, nitinol, and epoxy, refer to their mechanical properties to assess performance under load.
3. Mesh Quality: A good mesh is crucial for accurate results. If you're struggling with mesh refinement:
--> Increase Element Density
--> Use Adaptive Mesh
--> Check Mesh Metrics
4. Validation: If possible, compare your results with experimental data or benchmarks for similar designs to ensure accuracy.
Good Luck
Thank you!
