catia batch monitor step export problem
hello,
i have a problem regarding the step conversion with catia batch monitor: when i try to export step file with normal way which is "file/save as" after design mode, catia can succesfully do the job, but when i try the conversion with batch monitor without opening the assembly, i realized that some parts are missing.
i do not want to open the assembly and use design mode then "file/save as" because the assembly i have been working is very large so i want to use the batch monitor to do the job in background, but i faced the problem i described: missing part.
could you please help me? how can i overcome this problem with batch monitor step conversion.
what can be the main cause for this problem?

Did you check the output log? There might be a clue why some parts are missing.
One reason for missing parts is because the files cannot be found. Are all the CATParts files saved in the same folder?
