CATIA - Feature Suppression
Is it possible to suppress (deactivate) a feature (eg Hole) in only one of the multiple instances of a Part in an assembly.
I have tried it but was not successful. So, I am assuming that it is not possible.
Am I correct or missing something?

Not possible.
Part with less holes (features) must have it's own PN (filename), since it is different from the others
