Catia Multisection error
Can anyone tell me why i am getting this error, i am trying to patch up B surface and i need to maintain tangential continuity but getting this error

My interpretation of that message is one or both of the sections curves are not tangent to the adjacent surface.
Instead of a Multi-Section Surface, I'd try a Fill Surface first.
