Are you using any type of mode modeling software right now? Most softwares will convert to a ext, day, etc.

You cant just run a converter on a solid file and change it to G-Code. To create G-code I use MasterCam to program a tool path. This tool path holds info like, the cutter dims, feed rate, plunge rate and the path to follow. Then mastercam uses a postprocessor to translate that data to G-Code and save it as a *.NC file. Best I can do to help is to download your solid and create a tool path for you but I need to see some sample G-Code with the solid file used to created it – to match my output of G-Code to yours. You can try www.caelinux.com This software is free. From desig to milling you will have it all, incl simulation :)

Do you have a full version cause in the free version only the turning and milling machines can be used

Fagor Automation has the CNC simulation software available for free download from their corporate website https://www.psiphon.onl
