Convert file to STEP/IGES

Can someone help me convert a Solidworks 2011 assembly file to STEP/IGES?

File exchange via email would be ideal :)

excuse the curiosity, but why you want to convert it to STEP/IGS?

actually you can File>>Save as>>(Save as type:>>STEP/IGES) on Solidworks 2011
