Curve problem when converting model to "stp" format

I created a model in catia v5 which have some curved part when i convert this Model to stp file format the curve becomes improper and its disaster for me if send the stp to the client
and client wants stp file only.
why is this happening

stp file when opened in Catia

Same stp file when opened in any other 3d modeling software
