Customer can raise the Service request to solidworks?
Due to some issue my system is getting crashed. solidnetworks license server is installed in this machine. I have configure same host id,same ip to another machine. and installed SNL but license doesent exists. I am out of subscription. So VAR can not help me out for this issue.
I want to raise the SR to solidworks via customer portal account to disable my SNL and again re-activate.
So it is possible to raise the SR to solidworks via customer portal??
