Error About Solidworks Plastic
Hi.
I get the following error when using the Solidworks plastic plug-in. I don't know why.
I draw the drawing myself, I get an error. Not anywhere else
That's exactly what the warning says;
The part you are trying to analyze is saved in a localized operating system that differs from the current operating system.
The file path or configuration name contains characters that are not supported by the existing non-English operating system.
How do I resolve this issue?

I'd try these things:
1. Rename the file. Choose a very simple name like "A", and save it to a very simple location like "c:\temp" Saving to the desktop is tempting, but the characters the error does not like may be related to your account name, which will be part of the path when saving to the desktop.
2. If the above does not fix it. See if there are configurations saved in the file. Try deleting those (after making a backup), or rename them, again to very simple names like 1, 2, or 3.
I think I saw that message once, I think it was because I had used copy/paste to rename features in the feature tree, or configurations. The text I had copied had "illegal" characters in it. They looked fine, but they were not liked by SOLIDWORKS.
