excavator attachments

Hi, im looking to design an excavator special attachment in Inventor and i would like to know where i could find specs and dimensions for the excavator's boom end, pin dia, distance between pins etc. I would aslo like to know if the excavator boom ends are universal, if they fit between brands would a bucket that fits on deere fit on a CAT and if the size of the excavator matters too.
