I just found my copy (it was hidden behind another book on the shelf).
The book does have exercises, but it they are called tutorials, or hands on practice models.

You have to download the files from the publishers website, and they you follow along with the steps the book gives as it guides you to the solution by using all of the tools the chapter has talked about.

New version of the book might come with a disc, but my book keeps saying to download the models.

Wiley has dropped the title and also the page where you can download the tutorial files. Hopefully someone knows where to get these files now.
