facing problem in gear mate solidworks.

i have created a clock gear assembly , in which i completed all the standard mates now only task which is remaining is mating the gears. But I m facing problem when I use the gear mate. I applied gear mate between the gear(32).sldprt and gear(45).sldprt the gears do get meshed but gear(45).sldprt is passing through teeths of gear(32).sldprt i.e they are not colliding at the flanks.
