Fixing Geometry interaction Simulation Xpress

By Joel Parris on 15 May 13:46 1 answer 0 comments

I have constructed some complex structures that utilise fibonacci styled spirals.
When testing these structures using simulation xpress, instead of the individual members hitting each other and preventing further motion they go through each other, is there any way of fixing this problem so that the member function like they would in the real world?

It is likely the constraints or joints within the simulation that need modified between each part. Usually 3D contact works the quickest in modifying the joints in the dynamic simulation environment.
