Flip Mate Alignment

Hi guys, the last time I touched SolidWorks 2020 SP 5.0. I always get the "Flip Mate Alignment" icon automatically when making links, which is not so bad. But I tried to find a setting where I can turn this feature off and couldn't find it! Maybe someone knows how can switch this icon off?
