Help designing

Hi, I know I already ask for the same help but I didn't get any improvements.

I want to build a foldable landing gear to a drone I'm working on for my school project.
I wanted the build to be a foldable landing gear like a modular system that could be changed for something else if I get any further ideas for this developing project.
the reason why I'm not doing a simple fixed landing gear is because my teacher requires something more complex.
I plan to use a model of a foldable car jack stand combined with a lead screw.
I'm asking for help because not that good a 3d modeling myself.

The reason why I'm not basing my project newer iterations of the T drone is because with the original I have 3d model that I can reference and there is more documentation on the original that I could find than the later versions.
