help designing a new engine

i am looking for someone to help me and once i get funding, i will repay the person for there work.

To make your request better defined you need to be more exact in what you want. To design a turbo jet from a specification that will actually run, stay in one piece and be manufactured, is a project that requires an engineer with an understanding of thermo-dynamics, fluid mechanics along with other extensive engineering knowledge. If you have the required knowledge yourself, and have done the actual design work required, what you are actually asking for, is an experienced CAD technician, to turn your design in to a model, from which drawings and other data can be generated from, with the view, that if funding can be found, could possibly be manufactured. For this task you may possibly find some keen young CAD tech with a bit of spare time who will take on, your feasible design, just for the shear joy of the experience. If the engine needs to be designed from scratch, finding an engineer capable of designing a turbojet engine, that will actually work, for no definite payment, would not be something normal.

I work for a very large company that designs, assembles, tests and services them. Interestingly enough... it takes a whole 'team' of engineers to design an engine. We've been at it for almost 100 years now and still, it takes a number of iterations to get something wing-worthy into operation, especially as weight, fuel efficiency and materials, coatings etc., are pushed to new limits.

Granted, "design" and "CAD out" are used colloquially around here at times... but they are not the same thing. It sure sounds like you're talking about the former though.
