Design tables are not too difficult. Give it a try, and if you get stuck, you'll be able to upload your model so we can see where you need help.

Is there a design table tutorial in the SOLIDWORKS Help menu?

Thanks for uploading files.

I'm a little confused by the table. Taking Muffler M-21 to start with. Am I reading it right when I assume there need to be 15 configurations?

The first place I would start is by giving each configuration a name. In some of your design tables it looks like you've used A - O for configuration names, but this can lead to confusion since you are also working with variables A - F across the top row. Since the variables are already named, I'd choose better names for each configuration.

Next, let's take a look at the part called Left side cver. The units of the model are in mm, but the units in the PDF table calls for inches. Either will work, but the values you've used do not equal the units called for.
You've renamed the variable dimension in the part which is a good idea, but you've called it "Dia", it might make it clearer if its name matched the name in the table "B"

For the table in Left side cver, there are errors. Check the conversion of inches to mm for configurations A, B, and L

Overall you are on the right track, but there are errors which need to be repaired before going further. The better you make the foundation, the better the end result will be.

You'll also need to make a design table for the assembly which calls each individual part as the correct configuration.
