help in pattern making.
While making pattern, is there any way to copy that same pattern and paste it on the other face of object? and what is the way to move it? and if the pattern is lengthwise how its length will be reduced while pasting it on the face whose length lesser ? If this question is not clear to engineers i can make a model and upload here.

Rehan, if you are asking whether you can apply pattern design elements like notches or seam allowances to one piece and have it automatically added to the adjacent piece, have a look at ExactFlat's product.
