Help Requested: Surface model from drawing

Hey everyone. Was hoping someone who is stronger at surface modeling can take a crack at modeling this part from the drawing attached. If anyone is able, please model dimensions at nominal (i.e. 1.245" +.00/-.01 should be 1.240"). I've been trying to model it as a solid and it's really kicking my ass as composites and surfacing is a little outside my area of expertise. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
