house perimeter corner aligning problem
Hello I need to make a housing perimeter, which contains 2mm aluminium folded parts
Can you guys suggest to me a good way how to correctly do corners (they will be welded)

Attached is a document showing the simple steps to produce the pattern for this type of corner with most common 3D cad sheet-metal tools

The simplest way to do it is the cut a 45 degree corner off of a straight extrusion from the top. Otherwise, if you want to add material, you can extrude an extension of your flanges up to a 45 degree plane at each end. See attached. If you can't open SW 2020 files, let me know.
