How can i apply earthquake load based on Weight of MEZZANINE (Dead load and Payload)? Seismic load factor is 0.3.

I am working with MicroFE Static software on a MEZZANINE. I want to know how can i apply earthquake load based on dead weight and payload. THe seismic load factor is 0.3.

Do they have anything stated in Eurocode 3 for eq load? Like load factor/ combination for it.
