Not sure about that, but you can remove the chain leaders from the ordinate

Thank you.
I think you mean when the geometry is blue, the dimension in the example is blue because it is selected - to bring up the property manager.

The question is not very clear. However I am assuming that you are making a drawing table and that you want hide the extension line and quotation line from one side. Right click on the dimension. From the context menu choose HIDE EXTENSION LINE or HIDE QUOTATION LINE

This dimension is very useful in structural steel Detailing, regularly use in the "Tekla" software, but it may available in "BuiltWorks SolidWorks Structural Steel Add-in Product"

WHEN THE DIMENSIONS ARE IN BLUE COLOUR,THEN DIMENSION ARE NOT FULLY DEFINED,OR YOU MAY NOT GIVE IT FULL DIMENSION.
SO WHEN YOU CLICK ON DIMENSION THEY COME IN EDIT MODE,AND YOU CAN CHANGE IT EASILY,AND AFTER GIVING ALL DIMENSION IT MAY COME IN BLACK POSITION .THEN IT IS FULLY DEFINES .
