How can I spin part on chosen axis using arrow keys?

If you take a look at How_2_Spin_w_Arrow_Keys.mp4 (attached), the first few seconds I'm spinning a part using the arrow keys (ALT L&R arrow).

Then, rite-clicking the graphics area, choosing rotate tool, rotating the part to a perspective view and then choosing an axis with the rotate tool pointer, I can click 'n drag using mouse left button to rotate smoothly about the chosen axis.

Question is, how can I spin the part about the same chosen axis (while in that perspective view) using Arrow Keys (not mousing around - using the arrow keys). Is there a key combo that will recognize the chosen axis?
