What are the punches used for? That will largely determine what material is suitable for their construction.
What 3D printer do you have? Most printers use "plastic", so your options may be rather limited. The ability of the printer to recreate these images at the desired scale is somewhat unlikely, but it all depends on the printer.
A program like Materialise Magics will cut your image designs into the STL files. But, the quality/resolution of your images is terrible. Before using them, I'd clean them up with an application like Vector Magic. Or, just redraw then at a higher resolution.
I'd also not work directly with STL files. I'd do the work in a CAD program like SOLIDWORKS. I'm sure other CAD programs will also work.
The task is pretty easy, but without details, nobody can complete it. How deeply will the images be cut into the punches?
Do the images need to be mirrored first?
Will the stamp make a positive or negative image?
An example image is attached.
Consider using spell-check, and adding punctuation. They make a better first impression, and improve legibility.

i dont know what punch here means, but i think solidworks would be great software for 3d printing
also you can easily sketch image in solidworks via sketch tools and then extrude them for 3d printing
and since you said you are a beginner to CAD

thank you guys i sould of been more clear marijauna is legal here where i live and i press THC pills and would like to produce my own custom pills stamps using 3d printer to print just the removable punch and dies.
I am pressing pure THC isolate from medicall marijuana and mixinging it with pharmcitical binder and filler microcrystaline cellulose and pressing it in a machine called a TDP 1.5 like in photos attached it produces a max 1.5 tons into a very soft powder for less then a second never striking solid service

I dont think there will be least bit issue of printed punch being hard enough and as you can see from photos logos are shallow and leave good imprint, or at least metal does.Thank you so much for the bad ass attempt based on my limited description I hope you understand my meaning now eitherway its cool to see idea almost real.
I will start learning solidworks thanks for the direction.
Thanks again guys for the help
despite me spelling and grammar

1.5 tons and plastic do not go together. Especially if this product is being eaten. It is too easy for the plastic to fracture and leave pieces in the product.
Also, there is the issue of being "food safe". Most 3D printed parts are quite porous and impossible to clean adequately. Metal is a much better/safer option.
