How do I lock a rotation when another part is coincident
I have a height adjustable chair with a spiral path and a screw to lock the rotation, like the stool picture. How do I make the rotation lock only when the screw is coincident?

Generally speaking, you can't...
What you can do is add a new configuration where the screw is coincident and the stool's height is at some specific value (locked with a mate).
Note that this method won't stop the stool at "any" given height unless the mate that fixes it was edited/updated.
