How do we take image or file from grabcad and upload to autocad

I see a file here that has some images that I want o upload to autocad mechanical 2016, to eventually print on 3D printer. I see in order to get to a 3D printer I need an autocad image of it. How do I upload a grabcad image in autocad?
Also, I have actual parts I want to get to autocad, any advice?
1 Answer

1. find out what file format AutoCAD Mechanical 2016 will import
2. Find/download those files from GrabCAD
3. Open said file in AutoCAD Mechanical 2016
4. Export said files in a format suitable for your 3D printer (STL is common)
Converting actual parts into AutoCAD, you could:
1. Measure the part, then model it in CAD
2. Use a 3D scanning process to capture the part
3. Use photogrammetry to capture the part
