How to add a custom made metal profile to use in the library?
I would like to add some custom made profiles to be used in the SolidWorks Library. Could you please made it step by step?

Right click on Material <not specified>; select Edit Material; right click on Custom Material and select New Library, give a file name and save it; right click on the file name that you created and select New Category; edit the folder with new material name; right click on new material name and select New Material; edit the Property to give to the new material and apply. Done... you can enjoy the new material...

THANK YOU VERY MUCH. FOR YOUR HELP. YES MY QUESTION WAS RELATED TO WELDMENTS. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME SPECIAL MADE PROFILES INTO THE SW PROFILE LIST. i WANT TO ADD THEM WHENEVER I NEED.
To create a new weldment profile:
Open a new part and sketch a profile. Add additional points for use in the 'locate Profile' facility.
Close the sketch.
In the FeatureManager design tree, select the Sketch.
Save As, choosing the 'Lib Feat Part (*.sldlfp)' option.
