how to animate flexible things in solidworks using flex feature ??

lets imagine that I have a hollow cone and a hollow cylinder I would like to adjust both of things together if I move cylinder or pipe up and down then the face of cone which have larger radius must have shrink and get their original position back .

    flex feature is not used for animations, it is for bending , stretching, twisting ,etc

    its easy in solid works by inserting other part into yours part and you can control the place of part in 3dimensions

    actually I want to do something like that if i move the cylinder then larger diameter of cone must be shrink and expand

    there is a feature"scale" you can scale up or down for adjusting their positions, as well as adjustment
