How to apply axis that is visible even in the feature workbench

I wanted to know how those axis were put which are highlighted in the image screenshot 98.I tried putting in sketcher workbench for the 2D view. But it got disappeared when I went to add features.I wanted to make the circular pattern of the feature but I get error.Screenshot 98 was of the model i downloaded from Grab cad.Screen shot 99 is the error that I am getting when I tried doing the same model.I feel it has something to do with the axis system.

The X Axis and Z Axis are just lines that were added to the CATIA model. They include the following:
- renamed to identify the lines
- changed graphic properties line type and color
- isolated (maybe so they couldn't be modified)

Can anybody tell me why I keep getting that error in screenshot 99.I am trying to figure it out from past 2 days :(

My guess is the Pocket isn't long enough to totally intersect the highlighted face. (sorry, but I didn't download & open the attached CATPart file.) Change the length of Pocket.3 so it extends well beyond the main profile.

Also, it would be a good idea to move the two fillet features (19 and 21) after the Circular Pattern, instead of before.

Sir I attached the Pocket 3 definition and did try circular pattern with no fillets.Still the same error

here is the definition

(Thanks for all the pictures. They do help us understand what you're doing!)

Based on Screenshot 104; change the first limit from Up To Surface to Dimension and use a length of 150.
