HOW CAN WE ADD THE MODELS IN ASSEMBLY WITHOUT HIDDEN PARTS IN UG?

to show the all geometry of part file in ug assembly, you do this-- open the assembly> right click on your part name(in tree)> click on reference set> then select entire part,
