How to convert a SolidWorks file to a .STEP file on a Mac? Or without owning SolidWorks?

By TJ Cianciolo on 16 Oct 14:04 1 answer 848 views 0 comments

I am working with a client who is providing me with .SLDPRT files and I need to convert them a .STEP file type. I work on a Mac with Rhinoceros 3D. I'm willing to run Windows on my mac but I don't want to purchase SolidWorks because of the cost. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks!

The client must give you STEP- files, it's easy for him to convert this directly from Solid Works.
