How to convert "IGS" and "STEP" file to sldprt?

Hello. Please can someone help me, I am not able to open files "IGS" and "STEP" SOLIDWORKS.Como I convert the files on "IGS" and "STEP" for'' sldprt "to be able to format the pieces.

PLEASE URGENT!!

in solid-works there is option to export the components , faces ,exterior etc so if the file while exporting into step or igs be sure to export all feature
so if the file saved in the above maner will helpful to import all feature at the time of converting it into sldprt format

Importing a .step will only contain the body geometry (ie. no features). see http://help.solidworks.com/2013/English/SolidWorks/sldworks/c_Step_Files.htm for more details :)
