how to convert SOLIDWORKS file into Creo parametric.

i am having a SOLIDWORKS file and i want to convert it to Creo parametric 3.0 file. i saw videos regrading this problem but it asks for SOLIDWORKS software must be needed to convert.If there are any solutions then please notify me.

Can you open the attached file in Creo with a feature tree?
This was exported from SolidWorks. If it works, then you may need to upload your file, and ask someone to convert it for you.

you can save it as a .STEP or .IGS file and open it in other software
