How to convert STEP242 file to STEP203 or STEP214 because my solidworks 2020 cannot able to open the STEP242 file format

The most feasible conversion is through online 3rd party aps for CAD, such as freeCAD. Solidworks 2020 is not compatible with 242, it wont read file. Hope this helps.
