How to do buckling analysis in Ansys?

I want to perform Buckling analysis of column with both ends fixed in Ansys workbench.

Check out this video, well described for eigen buckling. https://youtu.be/8ga1_3XG27U. You can follow the same or similar method for connecting rod.
