How to get a section view?

I want a single combined section view at different depths due to the features present at specific locations. The drawings attached give details of problems faced.

1. In first drawing the section view includes section for the horizontal line also which is not required.
2. In second drawing the section view is according to requirements but is in two parts which makes it difficult to use and give incorrect annotations.
