How to get Smooth Curve command in CATIA V5 R23?
I need bit of help. I am using CATIA V5 R23. I am unable to find command Smooth Curve. Is there anything you can help me with?

First, make sure you have the GSD license (Gen Shape Design 2), and you are using the GSD workbench.
If you still can't find the Smooth Curve icon, then use the Insert menu on the top tool bar: INSERT + OPERATIONS + SMOOTH CURVE
