How to transform sketches to different planes with variable scale..???
To copy same sketches in different planes with variable scale value

Use Datum Plane with option "At distance" to create a work plane further from the sketch plane. Then make a new sketch on that Datum Plane and use "Project curve" to project the old sketch on that new place. Then use "Offset Curve" to make the sketch bigger or smaller.
