How we can open obj or any 3D CAD assembly in windows form or WPF form?

HI,
How to integrate OBJ or any 3D CAD file within window or WPF form. In that when user click on any component or part of that assembly it should get name of the clicked part and in reverse. When user click on the specific part from the list then it should highlight in 3D viewer.
