I convert part files Solidwork 2011 to 2010 using STEP, but in not all part is converting which mean, the colour of the part not converting in 2010, the result is no colour and have one part get '!' symbol. What should I do?
I cannot transfer the material colour in soliwork 2011 to 2010.

The material and colours cannot be transfered because you translate your original model in STEP. About the "!" sign you can use "Import Diagnostics" and then "Attempt to Heal All" function. You can select every face or gap separately and heall all step by step.
