.ipt file won't show up in preview
Hi!
I've just uploaded my first ever design in grabcad. In the files I uploades an STL andan IPT file.
My problem is that the IPT part won't show up in the preview and in the 3d view mode.
What should I do? Maybe ipt are not good for preview?

That's because they were made in Inventor 2020, while the 3D Viewer supports up to 2017...
The best "current" solution is to upload in other universal file formats (STL, STEP, IGES, etc.) like you did, or upload renderings.
