Which laptop should I buy?

Search ebay or similar used computer sites for a Dell precision M6600 or M6800 or similar models (the 15" and 17" versions have different model numbers). Look for one with 32GB Ram, and SSD drive(s).
Some laptops have export restrictions which will make the purchase more difficult or impossible..
I have used sony laptop with AMD a8 processor with integrated graphics 6gb ram and 500gb storage. It performed quite well. The software I used were Ansys, CATIA v5 and SolidWorks. But while running one software all other background files must be closed. The laptop cost 40,000m INR in 2014. So based on this I think you can get a better laptop now in 2018. To use the software without problems I suggest to get a Lenovo/Dell laptop with at least(minimum) i5,8gb ram and SSD if possible.
