Linking dimentions between parts in assembly
I have an assembly with some parts with the same pattern (distance, quantity). The patterned features in each of these parts are different (so this rules out assembly cut). How can I make it so this pattern distance and quantity are linked to each part with this same pattern?

You can easily link them with equations, if you don't know how to do that just tell me.
I attached your file with the changes necessary, changed one to two instances to distinguish between them.
I think that you must use specific configuration of part for exactly patterned parts. I used similar with pipes. I've one part with different lengths(configurations) but I've never tried to patterned them, but I think that wil be working. Sometimes one must play with it.
