Modeling tire deformation

Greetings to the community!! I would like to model the tire deformation in touch with the road surface. The software i use SOLIDWORKS and i dont know what tool to use and the technique. Is there anybody that n past model the same;

1.Surface loft
2.Mirror
3.Thicken
4.Material & texture
EDIT use inside diameter !!
