''Open to Work'' name
Why do I have an ''Open to work name in my profile? I didn't know about it before!
Does anyone have this also?
I think it is because many people liked and followed

It is a new feature that can be manually turned on and off and has nothing to do with likes & followers...
You can toggle it yourself as in the attached image:
